Ordering From Earthwise Girls: Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout”. You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders are usually sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing the order. Delivery:
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 2 working days. Whilst most items will be despatched within this time frame, please also allow a further 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days the Rest of World. All orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class post. During any postal strikes, heavier orders will be sent using a courier instead. If you would prefer your order to be sent by courier, please let us know when ordering. Oxfordshire customers are welcome to collect their order by appointment. Our Delivery Charges for UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland): For UK mainland deliveries, postage and packing is charged at £2.95 for orders under £50.00. Orders of £50.00 or more are postage free. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class and insured by us. We are continuing to support our local post office and use the Royal Mail when possible for smaller orders. Overseas & non-mainland UK delivery: For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail, and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00. Earthwise Girls reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Payment: We accept payments in UK pounds via both PayPal and Google Checkout, which are safe online merchants that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. If you prefer you may also order and pay by phone - 01865 408040. We also accept payment by bankers transfer and cheques. Cheques should be payable to C. McRitchie. Purchases are shipped once we have cleared funds in our bank. Packaging: At Earthwise Girls, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, discreet, recycled or recyclable packaging for your orders. We too buy online and can assure you that no-one takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, please let us know straight away by phone or e-mail. You can then simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within two working days, free of any charge. Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days, including your name, address, invoice number, and the reason for the return. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If you would prefer an exchange, please let us know. We do not refund delivery costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. The cost of returning an item rests with the customer, unless the item was faulty. We recommend using an enhanced service such as recorded or special delivery, for your own protection, as we cannot accept responsibility for items which go missing in the post when being returned by you. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured. If items arrive damaged, please retain all packaging as this may be required for any claim. Please be aware that the Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 15 working days after the date of posting - if your order does not arrive after then, we will send replacement goods at our expense. Please also enquire at your local sorting office if an expected parcel has not arrived. For items lost or damaged in transit, we will fill out any necessary claims forms, and you are expected to give reasonable assistance in the making of a claim - in most cases you will not need to do anything, however you may be contacted by the postal service to confirm that the items were not received or were damaged. If you have a faulty product, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right for you. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used menstrual products.
