Imse Vimse All in One Sanitary Towels for Night use are made from Organic cotton (SKAL certified).  They feature small wings and fasten underneath with a plastic popper.  The Imse Vimse range of organic reusable sanitary towels is a good budget option, supplied in a pack of 3 sanitary pads.  The unbleached colour of the Organic cotton is vulnerable to staining, so we recommend soaking these sanitary pads after use.  A little salt in the soaking water will help to reduce the risk of stains, and if you can dry them in the sunshine this will also help.
