Comfortable, slim reusable panty liners from Lunapads.  Made from 2 layers of soft 100% cotton flannel, topped with a gusset of 2 layers of 100% cotton fleece.  Fastens with a single snap.  Suitable for teens, everyday usage, and backup for a menstrual cup or sponge. 

These panty liners are designed to be used as they are, and don't require any extra liners, but do be mindful of the limitations on absorbency and the lack of leakproof barrier.
